President of Illuminate, Rick has a degree in church ministries and specializes in church multi-media. Rick works every day to ensure we are all working toward our shared goal of being the best at serving you.

Sherece keeps all of us in line. She’s fun to work with and she’s also the boss’s wife. So, even when she’s not fun to work with… she’s still the boss’s wife.

Caleb is our lead designer and lighting programmer. Our clients love his wealth of knowledge, creative eye, and desire for excellence. He’s one of Illuminates greatest assets.

Kevin keeps the Illuminate engine running both behind he scenes and at front of house. From coordinating travel, to purchase orders, to human resources, and house of worship sales, He’s a man who wears many hats, all with the Illuminate logo, of course! Most importantly, Kevin inspires us all with his mantra: “Heck Yeah!”

Jeff has an extensive background in designing experiential engagement for live corporate events, conferences, and conventions. At 6’4″ With his 1950’s style haircut and glasses Jeff’s easy to spot at meetings and events. He loves making new connections and growing Illuminate circle of friends.
